Credit Card vs Invoicing in FarmLab

Learn about FarmLab automatic billing for software subscriptions and soil samples.

All FarmLab users are automatically enrolled in our automatic billing system. By default, a credit card is required for all transactions. However, for Enterprise plan users, an invoice-only plan can be arranged.

Subscriptions are billed either monthly or annually, and you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time in the "Plans" screen. Please note that annual subscriptions can only be accessed by contacting support@farmlab.com.au, while monthly subscriptions can be changed by the user.

The "Billing" preview screen is now accessible for Account Owners in the "Profile Settings" screen. This screen will contain a preview of your upcoming bill and includes instructions on how to understand it. If you're not the account owner, you won't be able to view this screen. If you're unsure about your account ownership status, please contact our team and we'll be happy to assist you.

Invoices will be sent to you from receipts@farmlab.com.au. Please make sure to keep an eye out for these emails and check that they haven't been sent to your Spam folder. Our payment details (BSB, Account Number, etc.) have not changed.

You also have the flexibility to upgrade and downgrade plans in the "Plans" screen. Please note that farms and processing will be included in your next bill and onwards. For clients with "dormant" farms, you will not be billed for them. However, please make sure to check your next invoice to ensure that the number of dormant farms is correct. If there are any inconsistencies, please let us know and we'll get them fixed as soon as possible.
