To meet the requirements of the Australian Clean Energy Regulator soil carbon project, several things are required:
- The correct stratification of a designated Carbon Estimation Area
- The generation of Random Sample Points using a unique ‘seed’ number.

Select the boundary you want to stratify

Select the layers you want to use to stratify (K-Gamma and Elevation are a good starting point for soil type).

Select ‘Generate Boundaries’ after creating the strata.
